Cancellation Policy

  • Substitutions and/or transfers of registration from the same school may be made any time prior to the conference.  Contact Martha Ambros in writing to make arrangements for a transfer. Cancellations by February 6, 2018 will receive a full refund, less a $50 processing fee.
  • Cancellations between February 6 and April 6, 2018 will receive a 50% refund.
  • There will be no refunds after April 6, 2018
