Cancellation Policy

  • Substitutions and/or transfers of registration from the same school may be made any time prior to the conference.  Contact Martha Ambros in writing to make arrangements for a transfer. Cancellations by February 15, 2019 will receive a full refund, less a $25 processing fee.
  • Cancellations between February 15 and March 28, 2019 will receive a 50% refund.
  • There will be no refunds after March 29, 2019
