    • ·         Develop and implement an annual fundraising program with a primary focus on securing budget-relieving support from CH parents, alumni, grandparents, and other constituent groups.
    • ·         Draft appeal and acknowledgement letters, emails, and other donor correspondence.
    • ·         Use wealth screening data, giving history, staff intelligence, and other information to inform custom ask amounts for each constituent.
    • ·         Recruit, train, and provide ongoing support to CH Fund volunteers.
    • ·         Participate in team prospect management meetings and assist in the development and implementation of cultivation, solicitation and stewardship strategies of constituents.
    • ·         Organize logistical details for the Headmaster’s Breakfasts, Headmaster’s Dinner and provide support to other events, as needed.
    • ·         In conjunction with the Database Manager, ensure accurate reporting of gift/financial information.
    • ·         Work closely with the Database Manager to ensure all pledge reminders and pledge payments are current.
    • ·         Coordinate with the Assistant Director Prospect Research and Data Management to ensure all biographical family and student information is correct and noted in individual database records.
    • ·         Strategize with Director and Associate Director of Advancement on the strategic direction and long-and-short range planning of CH Fund and other annual giving programs.
    • ·         Participate in professional development opportunities.
    • ·         Other duties as assigned


    • ·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • ·         Experience developing and implementing multi-channel marketing campaigns
    • ·         Experience with Raisers Edge or other CRM systems
    • ·         Previous volunteer management experience
    • ·         Able to handle donor records and charitable gift information with confidentiality
    • ·         Able to work collaboratively with colleagues
    • ·         Experience with budget management
