Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications
Vision Statement – The Director of Strategic Marketing and Communications is responsible for the development, execution and strategic planning of the school’s outreach and branding programs. The programs focus on competitive positioning of Carondelet in the marketplace through coordinated brand management, internal and external communications, increased visibility and public awareness in image and reputation. The Communications team is known as the most reliable source for telling compelling stories on how the school and its students live out the mission and for providing timely, accurate and engaging news and information for current and prospective families, alumnae and the
greater community. As such it is important to understand the unique opportunities and challenges of telling our educational stories in context of a women-centered educational environment with a unique mission to make a difference in the world. The goal of this position is to create and implement a strategic marketing and communication plan that promotes further engagement with donors, students, alumnae, friends of the school and prospective students across multiple multi-media platforms.
