    Advancement Executive Assistant

    Full-Time Position

    The College Preparatory School is offering a unique opportunity for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Advancement Executive Assistant. In this role, you will provide essential administrative support to the Advancement Director, assisting in fundraising efforts, donor relations, and strategic initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

     

    Responsibilities: Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Support the leadership of the College Prep Advancement Campaign in all related activities
      • Create support materials for solicitors
      • Serve as a school liaison for prospects and volunteers
      • Develop reports and collateral to keep the campaign leaders on track
      • Research prospects and develop briefing materials
      • Keep detailed records in CRM (database of record)
      • Plan and execute campaign events as needed
    • Support other advancement office activities and evening gatherings as time permits, including Reunion, the Senior Parent Gift events, Grandfriends' Day, and the Spring Benefit.

    Qualifications:

    • A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
    • 2+ years of administrative experience, preferably in a nonprofit or fundraising environment.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and donor management software (e.g., Salesforce, Raiser's Edge).
    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
    • Collaborative attitude and willingness to support team members as needed.

    Compensation:

    This amount does not necessarily reflect actual compensation that may be earned or promise specific pay for any particular employee, which is always dependent on experience, education, and other factors.

    Range: $75,000.00 - 85,000.00/year
