Cal-ISBOA's Commitment to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion

Cal-ISBOA leadership is committed to building a foundation of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion on which all our work together is built. The Board has established a DEI Task force to define and implement policies.  This work will be on going, and we will provide periodic updates to our members and other stakeholders as well as a variety of resources on this page.

We support a culture in which equity is part of both strategic and everyday conversations and opportunities for members of all backgrounds and experience levels are incorporated throughout our programs, policies, and leadership structure. Please do not hesitate to contact Executive Director, Scarlett Vanyi or any of our Board Members if you have questions or would like to become more engaged with DEI and Cal-ISBOA.
