Cal-ISBOA's Endorsed Provider for E-Rate and Telecom Expense Management
Cal-ISBOA is delighted to announce that HWC Consultants has been recognized as an Endorsed Provider for E-Rate and telecom expense management services. HWC supports schools in applying for E-Rate, the California Teleconnect Fund, and special funding streams like the Emergency Connectivity Fund and the Cybersecurity Pilot Program. HWC specializes in providing comprehensive solutions for all areas of E-Rate program participation and has already helped dozens of independent schools access these funds. They also provide consultative solutions for telecom inventory management, optimization audits, RFP writing, and project management services for cloud-based VoIP migrations and implementations. HWC In-person Lunch and Learn
If you would like to join HWC Consultants as they host in-person Lunch and Learn events across Northern and Southern California, please contact Steph Selman, Client Success Manager, HWC Consultants for details.
What You'll Learn: They’ll discuss the latest additions to the E-Rate program (including funding for at-home hotspots and school bus Wi-Fi), as well as the new Cybersecurity Pilot. If you’re new to E-Rate, they’ll discuss how to use E-Rate more generally to offset the costs of your Internet and wireless networking technology, including annual internet services, network infrastructure upgrades, and even managed service provider fees.
Who Should Attend: These Lunch and Learn events are ideal for library, independent, charter, Head Start, and public school leaders who want to learn more about E-Rate, including Business Officers, Heads of School, and IT Directors/Managers. Service providers interested in learning more about how E-Rate may help offset costs for their customers are also welcome!
