    Position Summary

    This position is a full-time exempt position accompanied by an annual salary and benefits (including healthcare insurance, retirement savings plan).  The staff member will work directly with and report to the Director of Advancement and will be responsible for all data related to our donor community.

    The advancement team supports the Notre Dame High School community through the cultivation of relationships and resources. All members of the team will assist in the development and management of relationships with alumni, donors, community members, foundations, and other key supporters or constituents. Confidentiality is imperative in this department.  We are committed to teamwork, collaboration, and excellence.

    An ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent attention to detail, a collaborative approach to their work, and an interest in working as part of a dynamic team.  This person will oversee all advancement database infrastructure, management, including reporting, as well as be a key strategic partner in supporting advancement initiatives and increasing revenue.  This position will interface with other departments, vendors, donors, volunteers and parents, as needed to further all advancement initiatives.

    Responsibilities:

    This position will be responsible for all aspects related to our database management (Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT), gift processing (including entry and acknowledgement), and coordination of stewardship activities, This position will lead the efforts associated with data integrity and continuity.  

    • Create policies and procedures in coordination with leadership regarding our data integrity.  

    • Create and ensure compliance with data integrity standards as related to our CRM database (Raiser’s Edge NXT), including gift entry, confidential donor information and processing donations and online transactions.

    • Create and generate queries, reports, and exports for mailings, events, analysis, and tracking of fundraising results.

    • Work with the Director of Advancement and Business Office to coordinate fundraising income/pledge reporting, audits/reconciliation, scholarship fund accounting, etc.

    • Manage and coordinate various stewardship activities for the advancement office.

    • Ensure the integrity of donor records and donation information for publication on the school website, year-end annual report, and other school publications.

    • Provide coordination and management as needed such as interacting with vendors, processing mail, maintaining files, and ensuring that the advancement department is efficiently and effectively operating.

    Qualifications
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    • This position requires strong technology skills with excellent attention to detail.  Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced experience in MS Excel required. 

    • Experience with donor/constituent management and event management systems such as Blackbaud Raiser's Edge NXT and OneCause. 

    • Excellent organizational skills.

    • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines with minimal supervision.

    • Strong problem-solving skills.

    • Excellent verbal/written and interpersonal communication skills with donors and staff.

    • Ability to work well with others, exercise sound judgment, and work occasional flexible hours (including evening and weekend work as needed).

    Compensation:

    Annual compensation for this position is $80,000-$100,000 depending on education and experience.
