The Pegasus School is searching for an Assistant Director of Operations and Human Resources to join our Operations team. The anticipated start date for this position is Monday, January 6, 2025.
The Assistant Director of Operations and Human Resources supports the Director in managing daily school operations, primarily in human resources and facilities management. This role involves overseeing the execution of HR functions and ensuring the smooth operation of the school’s physical plant. The Assistant Director is responsible for implementing policies, managing staff activities, and fostering a workplace culture where employees feel valued, supported, and empowered. By prioritizing employee wellbeing, professional growth, and a sense of belonging, the Assistant Director plays a key role in creating an environment where everyone is motivated to contribute their best.
This is a hybrid position, requiring a minimum of two days per week in-person, on campus, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remainder of the week. The position generally follows a regular workday schedule, but extended hours may be required to accommodate school events, meetings, or other operational needs.

Compensation & Benefits
Pay Range: $65,000/year to $85,000/year
Starting pay rate will be commensurate with experience and qualifications
Classification: Full-Time, Salary, Exempt
