Job Summary - Crystal seeks a full-time exempt Director of Finance. Reporting to the Chief Financial & Operating Officer (CFOO), the Director of Finance works closely with the CFOO in overseeing all aspects of the School’s financial operations. This role assists the CFOO in assessing the financial performance of the School and identifying potential financial risks. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker and effective leader who is committed to the practice of sound financial stewardship. This role manages the Senior G/L Accountant and the Accounting Associate/Purchasing Manager.
