    Extra-Curricular Activities and Camps Manager - Job Description 


    Reports to: Director of extra curricular activities and camps 

    Status: Exempt Employee, Open immediately

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized Extracurricular Activities and Camps Manager to join our team. This role is essential in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of our diverse extra-curricular programs and seasonal camps. The ideal candidate is passionate about student engagement, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to providing enriching experiences for our school community.     DUTIES and RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support in creating and managing the registration process for after-school programs (AES)  and camps.

    • Under the guidance of the Extra-curricular Director: supervise, and coordinate all AES programs and camps.

    • Recruit and evaluate AES staff and others involved in AES programs and camps on all 3 campuses.

    • Maintain online programs and registration configuration systems, providing customer service support.

    • Assist in coordinating activity schedules, transportation schedules, and securing facility/permit rentals.

    • Aid in the marketing and communication efforts of the AES department, including handling pictures and utilizing platforms like Pixevety.

    • Supervise break camps and summer camps. 

    • Ability to arrive early, stay late or come in on weekends on occasions to support school events.

    • Coordinate and attend parent/student meetings related to AES activities.

    • Flexibility to adapt and lead in various roles as required within the AES Department.

    Any other duties related to the administration of the school as assigned by the direct supervisor.


    QUALIFICATIONS

    ● Bachelor’s Degree.

    ● Working knowledge of databases, like Veracross preferred.

    ● Able to easily learn and master new programs, software, web applications

    ● Accounting skills, MS Office, Google Suite and MS Excel, Google Sheet competency.

    ● Bilingual English & French.

    ● Outstanding organizational skills.

    ● Able to work in a highly interactive team environment.

    ● Past experience working with children. 

    ● Ability to function proactively in a multicultural setting.

    ● Able to lift and move heavy boxes and advancement-event physical components.

    We offer a competitive salary, commensurate with the level of experience.

    Candidates with 1 to 3 years related experience in the education field can anticipate an annual

    salary, ranging from: $ 72,000 to 77,000 for 40 hours worked per week. The salary offered to the successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include but are not limited to the type and years of experience in the job, type and years of experience in the industry, education, etc.
